Yes. Every lane is a bookable resource with its own availability, so once a lane is taken it closes everywhere at once — online and at the counter. You can set buffer time between bookings.
Yes. Staff can move a shooter to another lane or time, issue a full or partial refund, apply a comp or extend lane time from the calendar, without a manager override unless you want one. Role-based permissions control who can do what.
